Mike Sears
Managing Director
With over 40 years in the drinks industry, including soft drinks, water, BWS, Mike has honed his skills in sales, marketing and commercials. Mike started 'The Windfall Drinks Company' 27 years ago and his experience has led to what Windfall Brands is today; focused on building and growing brands in the UK market.
Mike likes to spend the rest of his time on the golf course.
Tom Sears
Commercial Director
Tom has been with Windfall for 17 years with previous experience at Cadbury and Diageo. As Commercial Director, Tom has developed a successful sales team and a diverse client portfolio.
Tom likes spending his spare time with his family, on the golf course, and around anything with an engine!
Ash McCord
Senior Client Manager
With several years of experience working with FMCG/CPG brands across grocery multiples, on/off-trade, convenience, health food, and pharmacy channels, Ash is the go-to for clients/brands in anything from CPI discussions to building compelling selling decks, and is their voice within Windfall Brands.
Ash is an extreme sports and human behavior enthusiast.
Beth Knight
Internal Sales Exec
Beth joined us from Jimmy's Iced Coffee activation team and has experience working as an Estate Agent; using her varied skillset, Beth is helping drive sales in the South of the UK. Beth values building trusting relationships with clients/buyers and colleagues.
Jenson the Vizsla makes sure Beth spends her spare time outdoors, going on long walks around the forest and coastlines of Dorset.
Brett Allen
Out of Home
Channel Manager
Brett started his FMCG career at Redbull, eventually joining Windfall Brand in 2013.
In his role as Out of Home Channel Manager, Brett is involved in the channels strategy for our plethora of clients, leading and supporting the OOH team, and manages his account base of national wholesale and retailers.
Outside of OOH... you'll catch Brett on the golf course, ever trying to improve his single-digit handicap or watching his hometown football club.
Chris Driver
Brand Development Director
Chris has a wealth of experience with major branded and own-label products in UK and European FMCG. Chris has managed some of the UK's biggest grocery brands including Pepsi, Robinsons, Cathedral City and Fruit Shoot.
When not growing and developing our brands, Chris loves playing squash and golf and tries to enjoy supporting Spurs!
Hannah Pollyn
Client Manager
Hannah started her career at JP Morgan Chase, moving to Tower Supplies, with particular focus on providing excellent customer service and generating sales; and is utilising these previous skills and experience in the FMCG/CPG world.
Hannah loves spending time with her family, grabbing a coffee (or two) and doing anything fitness-related.
Harvey Fain
Grocery Director
Harvey Joined Windfall Brands in 2015 and works closely with Maddy and Chris, focusing on developing the Windfall portfolio across the top 6 groceries. He brings extensive experience in category management, team development, and is an ex-buyer for one of the UK's top 4 grocers. Based in Leicestershire, Harvey makes the most of the countryside and loves to walk his Labradors across the fields to pick up his two girls from school. On the weekends he does what his wife tells him to...
Jacob Palmer
Key Account Manager
Jacob joins us from AB InBev Budweiser where he spent 4 years as a Key Account Manager, looking after accounts such as The 02 Arena, TUCO and Hollywood Bowl.
While Jacob has a background and a love for beer, he's turned to health, fitness and FMCG.
Outside of work, Jacob is a huge football fan, he likes to keep fit by running, cycling and has recently gotten into racket sports!
Maddy Parram
Channel Director
Maddy heads up the VHMS / Health and Wellness category with a wealth of experience in CBD and Collagen...affectionately known internally as 'The CBD Queen'.
Maddy's ability to juggle an impressive amount of listings, and maintain incredible relationships in the trade and home life leaves us in awe of her. Maddy spends her spare time chasing the sun, a Margarita and Spanish cuisine.
Joe Spencer
Brand Development Executive
Joe has been carving his sales experience through Manchester and the North of the country, with a long career in hospitality, before joining Windfall Brands in 2022. Joe has a degree in Zoology and has worked across Africa and Oceania in animal conservation. Nowadays, Joe is the go-to guy for the best coffee, cake and craft ale in the North and likes to spend his spare time outdoors with family, friends and greyhound, Wally.
Marco Severi
Key Account Manager
Marco has always been a food lover thanks to his Mama & Nonna! He has worked in FMCG in London for over 10 years.
In this time, he has helped several major accounts and wholesalers improve their sales & market presence. Marco has been with Windfall Brands since 2016, maintaining focus of the food service channel; dealing with a mix of contract caterers, food-to-go groups, coffee chains and licenced trade groups.
Megan Russell
Senior Key Account Manager
Megan joined Windfall in 2017 as a Key Account Manager for the Midlands, and is now our Senior KAM, working alongside Brett Allen to develop national foodservice, drink RTMs, as well as mix of national accounts, key regional groups in the Midlands and North. She has previously worked for Maxxium UK and Punch Taverns and enjoys working closely with the national accounts to develop Windfall’s portfolio. Megan loves to travel and cuddle up with her lovely dog!
Mike Smart
National Account Manager
Mike has over 10 years of experience in national food service RTM accounts. His role at Windfall includes developing business with major contract caterers, food-to-go retailers, food service and drinks RTMs, and flagship pubs, bars & restaurants.
Mike likes to chase the sun wherever possible, keep fit and is a self-proclaimed 'football fanatic'.
Simmone Black
Business Development Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in the Scottish License Trade in management and licensee roles, Simmone moved into event management, helping companies such as Diageo, Britvic and S&N bring key brands successfully to market. She joined Windfall Brands in 2010 as a consultant and her current business development role sees her working across all sectors of the region, from On-Trade to delivered wholesale all over Scotland. Simmone loves Soul music, sunshine and her West Highland Terrier Jock!
Tom Watling
Account Manager
Tom joined the team as a Business Development Exec in the South West in 2019, with great knowledge and passion for the trade, having managed a number of high-profile pubs & restaurants in and around Bristol and even as far as Australia.
Tom enjoys spending time with his family, the great outdoors, sports and walking his lovely dog Hamish.
